Return Policy

After delivery, you have two days to return your order. Once more than 2 days have gone since you received your merchandise, we are unable to meet your request for a refund or exchange. An item may be eligible for return during the appropriate return window if it complies with one or more of the following conditions.


  • Damaged upon delivery.

  • There aren't any extras or parts included.

  • What was sought and what was received are different.


Make sure the return cargo has all of the original price tags, warranty cards, and extras. You need a receipt or other form of proof of purchase in order to execute a return. Shipping fees are not refundable. The return shipping fees will be deducted from any refund you receive.


The exchanged item may take longer to arrive, depending on where you live. Using a trackable delivery service or shipment insurance will help you lower your risks. We are unable to guarantee receiving your returned goods.


REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)


After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also inform you if your request for a refund is granted or denied. If the goods pass the quality check, we will initiate the return process.


The amount of the refund may not appear in your account for 5-7 days.
