Shipping policy

Delivery timeframes frequently vary depending on the item chosen. A shipping estimate and a delivery window will be given to you when you place your order. 

• We ship all orders via the Indian Postal Service's Speed Post if private courier services are not available in the intended location.

• A rough estimate of the real value is provided next to each product on our website under the heading "Expected Delivery" There may be times when delays happen as a result of unforeseeable events. As a result, demands for any form of refund, substitute, or exchange will not be taken into account.

• Delivery schedules are predicated on information from the Logistics Partners. Depending on where you are, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays might not be considered business days.

• It could be necessary to ship numerous goods from a single order due to varying item availability. According to the shipping agreements, a unique tracking number will be given to each delivery. 

• Within 48 hours of the order being received at our warehouse, the product is dispatched for delivery.

• Domestic shipments normally take between 3 and 8 days to reach their destination after being dispatched.

CANCELLATION

Within 24 hours of placing the order, orders that have not yet shipped may be canceled. Even though we would have loved to give you a brand-new ethnic outfit to wear, we will give you a complete refund and provide you with email evidence as payment. Because they are sent within 24 hours of purchase, purchases marked "Ready to Ship" cannot be canceled.
